Teacher copying song off CD for autistic student?Florida I am a teacher working with students with autism and other severe disabilities in an elementary school. Am I allowed to make a copy of 1 song off a CD I have purchased for one of my students to take home to "practice" singing? |

| But it is very likely that if you asked the rights holder, they would provide your school with several copies for that purpose. DC

| If you purchased the CD, as long as you have made no copies of it whatsoever, you are completely allowed to lend and/or give the cd to the student.
