Theft of online files?I own a website (VPC-Hack - A free online hacking simulation game - Purchase this game now!) which as you may find out should you visit it, is down. The reason for this is because I was selling my site and had an offer from someone for £2000 and a further £50 for the domain. We agreed (with 5 people including me and him) over an MSN conversation, of which I have the logs and so does at least one other, that he will download the files, pay then receive the domain. He went into my website control panel to download the files and instead deleted the database stole the files (admitting to it through MSN) and then clearing off. I have so far filed an IC3 report and am awaiting further action from that. I was wandering, with me and him being English, what action I could take against him? Thanks for any help. |

| Wait. You had an online hacking simulator -- and you're upset about somebody hacking it and taking it. Who do you think your audience was? Really? I would tell this as a joke - but no one would believe it. DC
