Hello

There is a brand called G-STAR. I am planning to make my own brand called K-STAR. Font will be same as like G-STAR, just the difference of letter K rest will remain same.

Please give me your valuable advise, am I going to face any problem in future in any matter.

Thank you

You could face problems in the future with your proposed name, but it really depends on whether your brand will be competing with the G-STAR brand and whether consumers are likely to be confused by your use of a similar name and the appearance of your name.

You can go to United States Patent and Trademark Office for more information on trademarks and how a court determines whether a use is infringing or not.
