What is the name of your state? NY

I got a letter from a company who has more money then me, not a huge one but most likely has more $$ then me.

The names are generic just like Cheaphosts.com and cheaphost.com (example names) would be and a case can be made that we are on the same field.

I own the one with the "s" at the end but he filed for a trademark and got approved for domainname.com. He knew my site was up and running and doing the same thing yet now I get a cease and desist letter because I am supposedly infringing on their trademark even though my name was registered 3-4 years before he applied for the trademark.

Does he have a case?
please help ....
