Can i open a web site that gift "microsoft xbox live membership" codes when the users reach total number of credits?
The users can earn credits by downloand mobile app or PC software and/or completing tasks... I thought use an advertising company like XXXX.com.
My project destination: Worldwide

This project is legal?
I must have special permits?
How I shoud write Terms and Conditions?
