What is the name of your state? NY

I recently started a company that sells many different products. Some of my products, I by in quantity from the manufacturer, like any consumer could. I then sell the products individually at a lower rate than the company sells for.

I just received a cease and desist order from one of these companies, stating that I am violating the Lanham Act and NY Business Law 349.

The following facts are true:

- I advertise the products through search engines
- I purchase directly from the company that is threatening to sue me.
- I state that I have the lowest price on the web..and I do.
- My money back guarantee mirrors the manufacturer

My question is this : Am I doing something legally wrong?

Thank you.
