What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL, AL

Can I use a logo on my website of a resort property within which I own a condominium?

Could I also use the logo of a property that contains a privately owned condominium that I manage?

Thanks in advance,

M

Yes, you can use the logos on your website.

Whether you could be held legally liable (ie. for infringement, disparagement, dilution) over your use of the logos, and whether you should use the logos on your website, would depend on the purpose for your use of the logos, and could depend on how litigious the holders of the trademarks are.
