Hello,

This question regards the use of company names in commcerial products such as video games.

For example in a soccer game, the use of team names such as "Manchester United" or "LA Galaxy" must not be used unless the rights have been purchased from these companies.

I was wondering if this applies to university titles aswell? Would it be legal to use the names "Harvard University" or "University of Cambridge" without permission?

Thank you for your advice.
