What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

There are about a dozen of us... ex-employees of a firm whose practices open the door to a law suit.

We want to create an online forum to garner additional information and potential participants in our suit.

I've seen announcements in the newspapers inviting people to call in about a potential class action against a specifically named firm.

Can we build out a website whose title includes the companies name?
E.g. www.CompanyClassAction.com
Once inside the copy would state that the purpose of the site is to explore potential litigation and create an environment for sharing and discussing peoples first hand experiences.

Thank you, JL
