Using NFL/NHL/MLB/NBA Teams' Logos

My name is Klaus Kroif and I'm developing a mobile app that will provide info about NFL/NHL/MLB & NBA future and live games.
I was wondering whether I'm allowed to use the teams' logos in the app or not?
If the answer is no, how can I get permission?
