I am an avid amateur photographer (although I have done some work for pay), have entered and won numerous contests, and for the past few years have been using Flickr.com to display some of my work.

This past week, I found dog lovers website using many pictures I had taken of my pet. They had added an url watermark to my pictures and gave no mention (or credit) to me.

I have already sent them a simple e-mail demanding them to remove the images, but so far they haven't done so or replied to me.

I was curious what avenues I could take regarding removal/ credit of my images and any other options open to me if they continue. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
