What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

What is the law regarding "Replica Items" and being sold as such.

I am interested in selling "replica" Wheels/Rims for popular model cars.

It is similar to selling "replica" cars or "kit cars"

Is this legal, as long as you sell it as a replica item and not try to pass it off as "Original?"

Thank you.

Depends what you mean by replica. If they have the manufacturers name or logos on it most likely you are infringing on the trademarks whether you weasel word it and say it was a replica or not.

If you just copy the design, they may still have a design patent on it (but less likely).
