What is the name of your state? Aargau
Let's suppose I would like to write a book about Frank Sinatra. So I write if from what I know and from sources I find about him, out of books, films, articles and so on. Is this a copyright problem? Or is it only one, if I use literal quotes from copyrighted material? This matter seem complicated for me, as it is impossible to write a book without using knowledge you also learned from copyrighted sources.
