What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
New York (Server location, but I from germany).

Dear Sirs,
I'm from germany and I have some questions to the U.S. law.
I will open a video-portal with youtube (and other websites) embed videos.
My question is now, can I embed YouTube-Video's without any problems?

In germany is the problem, then I embed many YouTube-Video's I must pay money to a german-music-organisation.
