Adderall causing retroperitoneal firbrosis

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois
35 yr old female, taking Adderall over last 10 years for adult ADHD, recent abdominal pain, CT and MRI diagnose retroperitoneal fibrosis, possible kidney damage. Anyone interested in this case?

What reasoning have you been given to indicate the adderall is the cause?

Retroperitoneal fibrosis isn't even on the list of rare side effects. That's why I'm wondering whether OP also takes other meds.

I've been warned of possible liver damage, but not kidney.
