Bloody paper towels from Walmart

Yesterday we noticed that our roll of paper towels that we purchased from Wal-mart had blood stains. We didn't notice until we were 1/2 way through the roll. We started to unroll it a bit and noticed a trail of blood and blood smears. Do we have a case?

a case against walmart for selling a roll of paper towels with someone else's blood on it. We were completely disgusted when we started unraveling it and found all the blood stains. We've never seen anything like this so we weren't sure who to contact or how we should proceed.

Why don't you just return the paper towels? What is wrong with people? Must you sue for everything? How about you open a savings account, and everytime you think about suing someone, add a dollar, in one year it will be like you won a lawsuit minus the trouble.

So if it took for you to unravel the roll of paper towels to discover the blood, how do you think anyone at Wal Mart knew there was blood on the paper towels?

Further, did Wal Mart MAKE the paper towels?

Did Sam Walton bleed on them himself?

Sorry, you are not getting a payday from this. Beind disgusted does not amount to a lawsuit. It amounts to a replacement roll of paper towels, however, you should contact the MANUFACTURER of the paper towels and let them know what you found. They'll send you a few coupons to go towards your next purchase.

hahahahahaha, exactly the answer I would expect for someone wanting to sue over a 87 cent roll of paper.

Careful, depending on the brand, that roll of paper could have cost as much as $2

If the OP had to get to the middle of a roll of paper towels to find the alledged "blood", I would bet it's not blood but ink. If the stains were red, it's not blood. Old blood would have been brown to almost black. I would bet it's just an ink stain from a machine that prints the designs on the paper towels.

So how much is that lawsuit worth? Permanent fear of ink... hypersensitivity to floral designs... loss of use of paper towels... I smell millions
