| I live in Texas I broke my wrist. I had to have screws put in my hand and my arm to hold an external fixture. The screw that was put in my hand nearest my forefinger caused the bone in my hand to break. Now I have a broken wrist and a broken hand. Is this medical malpractice or negligence? |

| This could very possibly be a claim for negligence. If the instrument was inserted correctly, it should not have caused any further damage. You should contact a medical malpractice/negligence attorney ASAP. Pam |
