Broken Wrist

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MI, occured in PA

On monday Oct. 6th, I was out with others at The Works of Wyomissing, an arcade/restaurant type place similar to Dave and Busters. At about 10pm, we decided to play one of the games, a strength game, where you punch a speed bag(boxing) and it tells you how hard you had hit it. On my second punch I felt a severe pain in my hand/wrist. My hand swelled up and the pain was terrible. I finished out the conference I was at for work, and went to the Dr. on thursday. The doctor did his thing and now he says I have broken my Scaphoid bone, one of the slowest healing bones in the wrist. Casting is probably in my future. Do I have legal recourse to recover my medical and pain and suffering?

Q: Do I have legal recourse to recover my medical and pain and suffering?

A: No; you can't sue yourself for your own stupidity.

Which is one of the few exceptions to the maxim that you can sue anybody anytime for anything!
