bug lava in a jar of gerber peaches

i was feedin my daughter some peaches i just opened half-way through i noticed a little bug lava floatin in the jar so i call them and they tell me to mail them the jar so i do and like a week later i get like 15.00 in coupons and a apology im pissed is there anything i can do legal wise thanxx

Wait until your daughter is a little older and starts to eat bugs (and worse) on her own.

What is bug lava? Would that be a bug larvae? Highly nutritious, full of minerals and vitamins. I would be willing to speculate that the processing of the peaches rendered the little bugger totally harmless and would not have hurt her if she had eaten it. Other than the "yuk" factor, $15 in coupons sounds generous.
