My wife found a piece of processed wood, about 3/4 of an inch in her Banquet Turkey Pot Pie. She started chewing on it and spit it out, but does she have any other rights?

Can she sue? Sure. In this country, just about anybody can bring suit for just about anything.

Can she win? Highly doubtful.

if you send the wood to Banquet and tell them your story, I would bet they will send you coupons for a few Banquet Maple....I mean Turkey pot pies.

Believe it or not, they really do wnat people to tell them when something foreign is in their products. It helps them figure out what went wrong and prevent it from happening again.
