Chemical burn from 'safe' product

I used a 'spray and leave' cleaning spray in my shower stall for a approx. 2 weeks and received what I would consider 1st degree chemical burns on my feet. I assume this is a result of the left-over spray reacting with my feet over a short amount of time, as nothing like this has ever happened to me before. I never went to the doctor, or reported it, but it has taken several weeks to heal and is still not completely normal... do I have a case?
