My response:
Sure, anyone can be sued for malpractice as the result of their professional work. Your problems would be many, and varied however. Not only would you come up against one the more strong "religions" and their defense counsel, but you'd have to prove a "callous indifference" to life and safety - - which is a level of proof almost amounting to murder.
