i am aware of dozens of owners of 1994 mazda 626 vehicles who
have had to replace their ford built transmissions around 50,000
miles. mazda outsourced their transmission design to ford for their 1994, 1995, and 1996 626 models. this, to me, sounds like
a latent defect. i am not looking to recover large sums of money,
just the amount it cost my wife and i to replace her transmission. what would i need to do to get legal advice on the probability of such a law suit being successful and how to go about getting the ball rolling? thanks!
