| I am a retired safety consultant. I have written many reports to client companies throughout the US that detail the conditions of facilities at the time I visited them. Do the written reports have a time limit after which they cannot be used in lawsuits that may arise. In other words, is there anything like a statute of limitations on written reports. Thanks |

| No, but a report written in 1990 pertains to conditions then and in 2001 is less relevant to conditions now.
