is corperation liable?south carolina - i was perscribed a sleep aid (1mg of kalodapin) by my family physician. the pharmacy...corperate owned...gave me a substitution that was twice as strong as my perscription. Although there were no permanent effects of the drug, there were many short term. I was out of work for four months, i now have to see a clinical psychologist once a week, i missed (in a coma-like sleep for 5 days) thanksgiving, i missed my mom's birthday, i suffered from insomnia for over a month (medication couldn't put me to sleep), and for atleast a week i was near suicidle. What is this corperation legally liable for? |

| If you can prove that these were caused by this error in prescription AND prove what monetary damage you suffered, you might have a cause of action. Contact an attorney in your area.
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
