Unhappy
tx. just settled wrongful death suit.mom killed in nursing home.stangulation-bedrail. homicide investigation,state investigation.morician is wife of nursing home owner/administrator.Removed body/embalmed before any investigators arrive at nursing home. is this malpractice?
also beds in the nursing home pronounced unsafe by state officials.consiering product liability suit against bed manufacturer.do i have a case/cases?

Slugbug- You sure do. Their's to much abuse in nursing homes. I actually had a patient that it happened to and it's not easy getting the head out of their. Sorry for your loss.
