The Dead RodentWhat is the name of your state? New York We've heard about it and thought, How is this possible? Yesterday, I opened a bag of potato chips and smelled a strange odor. 1st thought, the chips are old and stale Taking one of the chips to try it, I was chewing on the chip when I looked in the bag and saw the dead dehydrated body of a rather good sized mouse. What do I do now. Should I pursue legal action or just ask for a new bag of chips (which I'll never eat) |

| What do you hope to gain by filing a lawsuit? You weren't harmed, merely grossed out. Call the health department or the FDA and they'll take it from there. |

| mmm, sour cream and rodent! my favorite! You may want to take pictures and call the manufacturer. If it is clear the rodent was "cooked" in with the chips and was not added later, they may send out someon to examine the package and offer you something for your inconvenience... |
