| I live in Pennsylvania. My 4 month old infant daughter was able to bite off a sewn-on flower from an outfit from the Children's Place. She was choking and her day care caregiver was able to dislodge the flower. I have been in contact with the Children's Place regarding the incident. They had me return the outfit to their QA department. They are offering a gift card in an amount between $50 and $500 as compensation. Should we pursue this further? Should we get a lawyer involved? |
