Defective New Boat Purchase

south carolina. purchased a new boat, had gas leak, fixed once,still has gas leak,say they will fix but 4 months gone by with no resolve. say they have to cut the boat in half to fix, no longer a new boat we want a brand new one. paying payment and storage have not been able to use boat for past 4 months. no satisfactory response even when talking to the owner of the company and the dealership.
