Defective space Heater

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania
Purchased 5 Honeywell space heaters at the Home Depot. They are good heaters w/ thermostats and dual safety switches in them. I use them in the houses I am working in. Purchased them in mid to late November. One broke ( would not turn on) so I put it back in the box. Feb 6th one of the heaters failed at one of my properties and it caught fire. The fire marshall stated that the way the heater burned the heater itself failed. The breaker the heater was on tripped. The heater was placed in an open area etc.... The fire caused approx $9000 worth of damage. The neighbor heard the smoke alarms etc.... Thank God.
Allstate took the burned heater. They did not want the broken heater. I contacted the heater company and asked them if they wanted the broken heater. They said no and told me to return it to the Home Depot. They also said they would send me a packet of info/questions etc within 10 days. It is now 3 + weeks later. I contacted them and it took a few days for them to get back to me. They are "sending" out the packet. They allready have the pics and I allready told them I didn't have the heater.
The house was under contract to sell and settle on 2/28/06. As a result of the fire being so close to settlement I was not able to meet the repair deadlines of the buyers and they backed out and took their deposit w/ them. The only good thing that happened was that I relisted the house and sold it for $10K more than I did the first time around.
I am concerned the heater company doesn't care and that if I had 2 of these heaters fail other people have them and some one will get hurt.
Is there a place I can report this potentially unsafe product.
