Dental Malpractice and/or Misrepresentation

I am trying to find a lawyer in the Leesburg, Virginia area to represent me on a contingent basis regarding a strong dental malpractice and/or misrepresentation case. My original attorney withdrew services because of an apparent conflict of interest. That attorney sent two demand letters for me but was, in the end, able only to draft the pro se complaint document I was able to file in Circuit Court for $25,000 before the statute of limitation expired. The defendant has not yet been served. I have considerable documentation to prove that I did not receive the treatment that was recommended and represented and for which I paid in full. Those materials include my charts and X-rays from two dentists who treated me after the defendant's alleged treatment, including the extracted tooth. I also have an apology letter from the defendant dentist clearly admitting that he did not provide what I had paid him for. He refused to pay my actual damages and instead offered only a partial refund of his charges, which I refused. He then turned the matter over to his malpractice insurance carrier which managed only to stall by claiming it was conducting an investigation into my claim. Any referrals or thoughts on this?
