PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!

Dental Malpractice- in NEW JERSEY

My problem is that I went to the dentist to have some dental work done and I now have continous burning and tingling sensation in my upper lip that does not go away. There are nights that I must put ice on my lip in order to sleep to ease the pain. How can I take the dentist to court and what is the statute of limitation on damages on an injury on my situation.
