Depositions

What is the name of your state? OHIO

Who all is present when you are giving your deposition? And all witnesses in my case are going to be video taped per request of the court, is that the norm?

These people will be present: Attorneys for both sides and possibly their paralegals and consultants, court reporter, video provider, and witness will be present.

The court has the right to order video recording of the proceedings.
