| I was having breakfast this morning and in my spoonful of cereal I found a piece of chewed gum. I wanted to know if it is possible to sue, or it could be settled in a small claims court. I called and e-mailed the company about the incident and they want me to send the remaining contents along with the piece of gum to them. They apologized but I am afraid that is not enough.Should I keep it or send it back? |
