Do I have a Case - Faulty AirbagsWhat is the name of your state? Georgia - but accident happened in Florida. We were in a car accident and the airbags did not deploy. The impact was in the front of my minivan and the car my be a total loss. Auto body shop believes they should have deployed and the car company is in the process of examining the car to see if the airbags are faulty. Injuries were minor but I now feel unsafe in the car. I have only had the car for 8 months and it was bought brand new. Do I have any kind of case against the car company regarding the airbags? |

| I know that this is going to sound like convoluted logic, but the airbags are there to minimize injury in the event of an accident. Since you weren't seriously injured, there are no claims due to the not inflating (if they are found to be defective). Simply, no damage.... no case for compensation. And since the car will be totaled (per your post), you have no future safety concerns to contend with in that vehicle.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |

| It's that convoluted logic that sometimes slaps us suddenly and helps us say, "Oh, OK, I get it now"! hmmbrdzz |
