Do not see my post

What is the name of your state? Florida

Three days ago I made a post titled, "Med Mal or not". I have not seen it to date, even though I received a private email from a reader shortly after submitting it. I read another's post who had a similar problem and read that there is a standard 48 hour waiting period for it to appear. That time has elapsed and still it is not here. Are you back logged or should I repost?

Thank You

Your first post is under "Auto and other Accidents". This post is under "Malpractice & Defective Products". A simple search under your name would have shown you that.

There is no 48 hour waiting period.

Just in case you had a question about the subject matter in your post, I read it and offer this opinion: I do not see an area that gives rise to a claim of malpractice.

finding post etc

Thank you gowest and ellencee. I did figure out that I must have posted in the wrong place originally, sorry folks for the error. Being new to this site, I did not know how to do a search as you suggested by name.

To ellencee,

Are you an attorney? Just curious, I know nothing here is legal advice but yes, I was and am looking for others thoughts on the matter. I pick up my records tomorrow.
