Dr Ignores Pain Clinic commits multiple felonys.

I was sent to a phyciatrist, by a lawyer who represented me in a work injury claim. I have an injury that requires life long narcotics to control the pain issues. I go to a major pain clinic monthly. All my medical files indicate chances for opiate abuse due to my family history, and severity of my injury. A report was given to the doctor every month reminding him of no narcotics from anyone but the pain clinic. He ignored this and all my medical info, and from the first day prescribed me ungodly amounts of methadone, and percocet, with the full knowledge that I was on oxycontin, percocet from the pain clinic.I should of declined I didnt.I told my attorney, had 2 near overdoses, and wound up so hooked on methadone that i was in a fog .this lasted for 2 years. I told my lawyer numerous times with the advice to hang in there.After. About a year and a half of this The doctor began to sexualy abuse me in his office, and forced me to work in the office as an assistant. This was with no pay and against the states orders. and could of jeoperdized my future medical care and i could still face legal problems.I agreed to all this crazy stuff because of the threat of cutting me off the drugs and if i said anything he would deny it and discontinue my meds.My wife of 10 years filed for seperation and i am filing bankruptcy.I finaly called the state and told them i wanted to discontnue this treatment for depression. I was told that this doctor had not filed one report since day one, and they had stopped paying him for my treatment only 2 months into it. They sent a letter to my lawyer that i never was told about. I owe this doctors office 5,600$ I also found out that the pharmacy board was investigating me for the amounts of medication and there had been multiple complaints about this doctor and his patients gettig alot of drugs that a physciatrist has no right even prescribing.. I also learned that my attorney had prior knowledge of the states disciplinary actions against this doctor. for overprescribing and failure to perform the billing and update of patient care that is required by law. I also learned that this Dr doesnt even perform the exams and neccessary treatments to satisfy the state for the purpose of rating me fr my disability award which is why i even went to him in the first place.I was told that the law firm had used this doctor many times in the past and that is why i agreed to take the lawyer and the doctor. Truth is the law firm got his name from another lawyer and they had never even spoke to eachother in the past No client has ever been reffered to the dr from that law firm.. The DEA raided the doctor in august and he is in litigatin with many charges pending, I recieved a check in the mail for 1,000$ from the doctors personal account with a litle note that said I AM SORRY You have no idea how sorry your going to be. I have not done anything yet, but my claim is now closed and i want to take action asap. The law firm is begging me not to pursue any actions against them and have been so kind to offer a 50% waiver of the attorney fes they would normaly get in my award. I want them to take responsability for their part of this how do i proceed.
