dr office wont give me my daughters records

my daughter is very healthy. everytime she is with her mother she has some excuse to take her to the dr. alot of what she has can be treated at home and I feel doesn't require a drs visit. then she'll take her shopping or out to eat instead of keeping her home. i think her mother is hidding something especially since my daughter has told me of some things that were done to her. did i mention that her mother is a lpn at this drs office? sorry. i have the right to know what they did to my daughter and their refusing to let me know. i do have a court order. i have already decided that she will not be seen by this dr any more and her mother will not be taking her to him any more.
