drunk 10 year old

What is the name of your state? florida
My 10 year old son drank a Capri Sun (Kraft) yesterday that had fermented and turned to pure alcohol due to a defect in the packaging. He suffered from nausea, headaches and dizziness for several hours. A Doctor from Kraft called us to tell us what happened and what to do. As no long term harm came - should Kraft have to pay something or do something for my son for his suffering?

Yes, sue them for a box of Capri Sun and maybe a box of macaroni and cheese.

I'm sorry, but I think that response was rude and uncalled for.

**A: And I'm sorry you feel that way. Do you want some cheese with that whine
You see, my response is supposed to create brain activity and function. And may be a little thinking and deductive and intuitive reasoning.
So since you are slow and don't get it, the convicted felon writer's son don't get it. Now, do you get it?

And so you are entiltled to no long term financial gains either. I would hold out for a couple of case of macaroni and cheese though.
