ear injuryWhat is the name of your state? Rhode Island. On my return trip with AA I rented the head set to watch movie, the movie was defective and all of a sudden the volume went full blast and my ears were ringing and people complaining got to chicago for my connecting flight to RI and upon decending my rght ear was in alot of pain, the next morning my ear was bleeding and I could only hear a loud buzz whent to ENT and was told I had my eardrum pushed out foward I am currently on Percocet and antibiotic will see him in to weeks to see if any permenant damage. Can I sue the airlines for this accident? What can be done. ![]() |

date of occurenceThis happend the 3rd of sept. I did not have sinus infection or head cold I was fine. Yes I am a frecuent flyer. |

My response: Okay, it's not too late. But, you've got to act quickly by reporting the incident ASAP. Attach all medical bills and reports to your Incident Report. It will be investigated. They will either accept or deny liability - - but, you'll never know unless you try. IAAL |
