Food Poisoning?

Need help with this case:
Sam buys his partner Samantha a tin of Russian Caviar from the local delecatessen as a birthday present. They both become ill after eating it and subsequently establish that the caviar was contaminated with toxins. Outline the forms of legal action that are available to Sam and Samantha and say against whome a claim for compensation might be brought by each one of them. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Outline it yourself. We don't do homework.

Your "friend" should be doing his own work. How does he learn anything if other people tell him what to research and where to find his answers?
