Question

Found what looks like a human organ in soda can

I am from New Jersey.
Last night , I opened a can of soda and took a drink. The soda tasted rancid as i took a few gulps then felt something touch my mouth. I put the can down and washed my mouth out with water. Then my wife and I looked in the can and floating in the soda is what I can only describe as something that looks like an organ. It is the size of the entire circumference of the soda can, there's no way it can be taken out through the hole on top of the can- It is huge. Upon looking at it, it is pink in color with what looks like bloodlines and is round shaped (not exactly round) with 2 ventricles coming from each side that appear to have been cut. I have the soda can with strange object and most of the soda remaining in the can covered in saran wrap. What steps can I take regarding this? The maker of the soda is a major brand and a huge company. I would like to sue them for a large sum as I did ingest tainted soda. Or expose them to the New York media. I'm not sure where to start???

My response:

Can you please send my Gall Bladder back to me ?

See a Products Liability or Personal Injury attorney. You'll be signed up, and the can and its contents will be sent out for analysis.

Then, you and the attorney will discuss your next step - - other than throwing up.

You don't suppose it could be one of the buffalo testicles the contestant ate on the TV show Fear Factor?
