fun park ride accident

What is the name of your state? washinton state

i was on a simulator ride and the ride all of a sudden had a "computer problem"

and left me upside down for a few minutes when i got out my little brother

had ear pain, head pain and leg pain from where the shoulder restrant was

him i myself felt diorintaed and very hot from all the blood rushing to my head

could not stand and almost passed out do to it was an air tight compartment. Is there thing that could give me eough reason to sue the

company that makes it because, i don't want someone to get hurt worse than me or die to suficantion.

What are the actual costs you suffered due to the malfunction? Most if not all amusement parks have disclaimers protecting them from most liabilities. If you want to sue the manufacturer of the ride, I would suggest a large bag of $100 bills and good luck finding a lawyer to accept such a case. You can't sue for "would of's, could of's or should of's", that would be like suing a auto manufacturer because one of the cars they build will be involved in a fatal accident in the future. Ain't going to happen.

**A: you have a great cause of action, since judging from your bad spelling and grammar, you have really suffered from this tramatic accident.

Zing.... Wish I would have thought of that.

I think she has a greater case against her local school district than against the 'fun park'.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Give Advice Not Useless Opinions

Had you actually read the article you would see the relevance. If you can't read the article talks about the standards, or lack there of. that amusement parks etc. must follow. The article also provides links that may help this individual prepare for litigation.

If this individual with this problem actually is informed about these standards then he/she is better prepared to litigate the issue if that is what they decide to do.

Just because this website offers free advice does not mean that you get what you pay for. You may want to spend your time actually helping these individuals instead of being rude and quite unhelpful.

Aw... poor baby... did you get your little feelings hurt??
Your referenced site provides NO legal value... other than that amusement parks and/or rides might be subject to some regulation.
It gives a link to:
1) Accident reports
2) Consumers guide to safety and the
3) ASTM site (very general)

So, again, how EXACTLY is 'your' site relevant to the rambling post in this thread?? And why was it so imperative that you post your droolings to a thread that was already DOA for two MONTHS??
