Help

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? SOUTH CAROLINA

I AM CONSIDERING FILING FOR BANKRUPCY I HAVE A FEW BAD DEBTS. I AM CONCERNED ABOUT A FEW THING OR A LITTLE CONFUSED. I AM MARRIED BUT I ONLY WONT TO FILE ALONE MY HUSBAND HAS GOOD CREDIT ALL THE BAD DEBT IS MINE ALONE. WILL IT EFFECT HIN IN ANY WAY WILL HE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY THINGS EVEN THOUGH HE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BAD DEBT. ALSO WE HAVE A JOINTACCOUNT FOR A 4-WHEELER I ONLY WONT TO INCLUDE THE THINGS THAT ARE IN COLECTIONS NOW EVERTHING ELSE IS IN GOOD STANDING. ALSO I HAVE A MOBILE HOME THAT IS NOT LATE AT ALL I WONT TO KEEP IT ALSO IT IS IN MY AND A COSIGNERS NAME WILL THAT EFFECT HER. CAN THEY TAKE MY STUFF PLEASE HELP!

You can do 2 things.
1. Hit the caps lock key on your keyboard. Many of the members of this board will not read posts typed in all capital letters.

2. Post your question in the bankruptcy forum. Your question has nothing to do with dangerous or defective products.

First of all, please post your question in the correct area of the forum. Second of all, stop typing in all caps, it is rude and very poor posting netiquette .
