Help ! I think I have to sue my own atty

My atty ( litigator) forgot to file my case with the insurance company and the 3 years have passed. This was an MVA case in Mass. No fault of my own. He said I should get an arbitrator or a mediator and they will determine how much he should pay...Should I get a new Atty? I don't think anyone is looking out me and my best interest anymore.....Should I trust the arbitrator he picks???

I suggest you contact the Bar Association . They will give you the list of Atty who sue other Atty. Yes indeed , it's surprising that there are some Atty who sue the bad Atty. Good luck.
