| I live in Ohio and have recently been disgnosed with MS by a new Dr. I started seeing. My former Dr misdiagnosed me with Fibromyalgia 6 years ago without performing an MRI or Lumbar Puncture to rule out MS. I now have 4 Brain lessions, weakness in my legs and suffer permanant numbness in my arm. All of these symptoms have gradually worsened over the years and the only thing my former MD would do is change my anti-depressant and anti-inflammatory meds. Do I have grounds for a malpractice lawsuit? |
