Infant Choking Hazard

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? SC

I bought a Bright Starts Around We Go! by KidsII. It is a play station for babies. There is a table with lots of neat things for baby to play with in the center, and a seat on the outside for baby to run around it to get to everything. I noticed that one of the stickers was loose in the corner when I took it out of the box to assemble it. I mashed it down and thought nothing of it. All of the other stickers were intact very well, and the only way to get them off would be by chipping them off with something. About a week later, I stepped out of the same room as my 10-month-old for a few seconds to change out the laundry. When I came back, my son's face was red, and he was choking on something. I looked down and realized that somehow he had pulled that sticker up and had ripped it in half and put it in his mouth. I could hear it rattling in his throat everytime he would try to breathe. Everytime he would breathe in, the sticker would cover up his wind pipe. I dropped the laundry basket and grabbed him out of the seat. I would have called 911, but I panicked and was crying myself. My son was getting weak and was trying hard to cry. I got the sticker out with my finger after he threw up twice. Afterward, I checked him over myself and he seemed to be alright. Then I had my husband come home from work to check him out. I bought the product because it was a well known brand and on the expensive side. Is there anything I can do about this (even if it is getting the company to put a choking hazard label on the box so that other moms won't have to go through what I had to go through)?

Then sign up for a child/adult CPR class.

I already took one. Thanks... My baby was a 2lb. 9oz. preemie. When you panic, you just don't remember what to do (even though I had a poster of how to do CPR that NICU gave me after I passed the class on the back of his bedroom door). I really don't think CPR would have helped get the sticker out of his throat.
