Iraqi interpreter asking about the administrative clearance?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Hello there
I am an Iraqi terp.
I have made my interview with the US Embassy in damascus.
They told me that every thing is done but there is an adminstrative proccess need to be done before they issuing vise for me and my family for immigration purpose.
I am ask how can i make this admins. proccess quiker to get out of here.
?
Please I need an answer.
