lasik surgery

i had lasik eye surgery done in november of 2000 in pa. after the surgery my vision was 20/25 for 3 months. if february my doctor said my vision was then 20/75. in april it was 20/300, my doctor said he could not do an enhancement because i had very little cornea left and what i had was flat. can i go back on him. i feel he took too much cornea away to begin with. he tells me he needs time to figure out what to do. in the mean time my vision keeps getting worse. please help me.
