lawsuit of not??


What is the name of your state? Wisconsin

I had a hystarectomy back in june 2003.I thouhgt everything went ok until sept 28 I woke in such pain I could not stand it.Was taken to the hospital with alot of tests they found out that I had a piece of bacteria that was in my tube and the doctor sewed it up during sugery.Was in surgery for 3 hours and had to be washed all out and lost my right overy because of this.5 days in hospital and alot of recovery still.Now I found out that i will have to have more surgery down the road because of all the scar tissue that the infection caused.Pills mounting and ready to give up here.Hope some one can help

Infection and adhesions are among the potential complications listed in the surgical release form you signed. Despite your bills, ills and complaints, there does not appear to be any indication of provable malpractice.
Time will take care of your health problem. Hard work and delayed gratification will take care of the bills.
